1400 Wabash offers many amenities including a 24/7 fitness center, an outdoor rooftop lounge with fire pits, grills, skyline views, a chef’s kitchen and indoor lounge with a pool table and a dog run and spa. What happens if I am locked out of my apartment?

You can check in with the concierge to be let into your apartment. There is no charge for a lockout, but there is a fee to replace your keys if you lose them. IDs must be presented during a lockout to ensure resident access.

 

What appliances are standard in every apartment?

Every apartment comes with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, garbage disposal, and refrigerator.

 

Which provider can I use for Internet & cable?

A basic internet package is complimentary through Zentro. DirecTV is available for cable if desired.

 

If my situation changes, can I break my lease?

Yes, you can break your lease but there is a penalty. We require 60 days’ notice along with a two-month lease break fee plus payback of any concessions you may have received. You can also sublet your apartment. Please contact management directly for more details on sublets and lease breaks.

 

How do I set up my utilities?

You’ll need to set up your electricity with ComEd before moving in. All other utilities are included in our utility bundle fee.
